What this platform does

Equine provides competition performance benchmarking for horses competing in Swedish equestrian sport. It shows how a horse's results compare against peers in the same class and cohort. It is an informational tool only.

Data sources

Competition results are sourced from Svenska Ridsportförbundet via TDB Ridsport. Data is publicly available and is used in accordance with applicable terms. Rider names are anonymised to first name only.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes veterinary, medical, training, or professional advice of any kind. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your horse's health, training, or welfare.

Age requirement

You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf.

Your right to delete

You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, all data associated with your account will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

Privacy Policy

Data we collect

We collect your email address, your chosen role, any horses you connect to your account, and the competition results associated with those horses (which are drawn from publicly available records).

Why we collect it

Your data is used to provide performance benchmarking and, with your permission in future, to support equine injury risk research. We do not use your data for advertising.

How long we keep it

Data is held while your account is active and for 30 days after you request deletion, to allow for recovery requests. After 30 days it is permanently removed.

Third parties

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Anthropic for AI-generated performance narratives. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@equine-platform.com.

Data location

All data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt region).
